Returns
We only accept returns for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items returned after the return period has expired
