All payments are processed with our payment partner, Paystack.
Domestic Delivery
You will be contacted once your order is ready for dispatch. Orders are normally delivered within 10 am and 5 pm.
Please stay by your phone and keep us promptly informed of any changes in your location or contact number. If we’re unable to reach you upon reaching your destination, there will be a 5-minute waiting period. After that, your order will be scheduled for delivery the next day with an additional fee.
Domestic Pickup
Pickup orders are available at our retail store within one (1) working day. Kindly pick up your order within fourteen (14) days and ensure you have your order number ready upon arrival. Your order number will be provided once you complete your order.

International Delivery
For international deliveries, packages may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges which are determined by the destination country. You may prepay duties at checkout, or pay upon arrival in your country, before delivery to your doorstep. Note that delivery costs may differ due to order weight.
